Add sausage and continue frying down the meat. 

It is time to add the sausage and fry with pork. After most of the fat has cooked out of the meat, skim some of it off.

Add onion and bell pepper, cook until wilted.

Throw in dem onions and bell peppers an let 'em sauté! Oh, I forgot myself there for a minute, the pictures have me salivating! Sauté the the onions & peppers till wilted.
