GREEN BEANS

1 lb. Frozen Cut Green Beans
5 slices Bacon (cut in 1" pieces)
1 c. Onion Chopped
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp. Salt
OR
3 tsp. Tony Chachere's Seasoning

Put the bacon, onion, and seasoning in a 3 quart sauce pot, on a medium high fire, and sauté until the bacon is cooked and the onions are translucent. DO NOT drain off the fat in the pot, it is where a lot of the flavor is going to come from.

Add the green beans and enough water to ALMOST cover the beans and let simmer until most of the water has evaporated. There should be moisture left in the beans but not a lot.
