MICKEY'S SEASONING

Mickey

Mickey is the mother to one of the members of a group my husband belongs to. She brought chicken strips to group one night and Mike raved about the seasoning and how it made the dish. Denise shared the recipe with the group and now I'm going to share it with my group!

26 oz. Salt
1 1/2 oz. Black Pepper
2 oz. Red Pepper
1 oz. Onion Powder
1 oz. Garlic Powder
1 oz. Chili Powder
1 oz. Accent

Mix in a large bowl and seal in mason jars. Place a small amount in a shaker. Use with all cooking and salads.

Careful while you are mixing this, as the powders will make you sneeze if you inhale them. They will also choke you if you take too big a whiff.
