This is another one of those recipes from the past.
It was on a yellowed sheet of paper in an old binder. I loved to
fix this as a take along, but I took it along too often and at
some point, I think, I was asked to try a new recipe, I'd worn
this one out. But it is so good, and can be made healthy without
sacrificing the flavor.
1 c. Mandarin Oranges (undrained, own juices)
1 c. Crushed Pineapple (undrained, own juices)
1 c. Miniature Marshmallows
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Sour Cream (low fat)
Mix all together the night before you need it and refrigerate. |
