Nanette gave me three recipes for cheese balls and I have made these for the last 25 years for various functions and I have never left
without promising to send the recipes. I usually make all 3 and serve on a big silver platter together. This one is my favorite.
2 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese (room temperature)
8 ½ oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
¼ c. Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
2 T. Dried Minced Onions
1 tsp. Salt
1 c. Pecans (finely chopped)
½ c. Pecans (finely chopped)
Mix all ingredients except ½ cup pecans (reserve for rolling ball in)
