This is my honey's favorite beverage, he drinks it 365 days in a year. He likes it plain and with tequila in it. I am going to give you two recipes, one with just fresh lemons and the other made with a mix.
FRESH
1/2 gal. Water
12 Lemons (squeezed)
1 1/2 c. Bulk Equal
Mix all together, chill and serve. You might find this recipe a bit tart, well this is how my honey likes it, you can add more Equal to it and make sweeter.
LEMONADE MIX:
1 gal. Water
2 tubs Crystal Lite Lemonade Mix
1 pkg. Koolade Lemonade Mix (unsweetened)
Juice of 3 Lemons
3 tubs Bulk Equal (Use one of the empty tubs that Crystal Lite came in measure to measure with)
Fill gallon container about 1/3 full of hot water and add rest of ingredients. Put a couple handfuls of ice cubes and stir it. Finish filling with water stir again. Serve over ice and enjoy the delicious, refreshing taste of Lemonade.
