GARLIC CHEESE LOG

If you like garlic, you are going to love this cheese log. Deanne was a caterer at one time and had some of the best catered food you could ever want to eat.

16 oz. Cheddar Cheese (finely grated)
8 oz. Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 T. HEAPING Minced Garlic
10 drops of Tabasco Sauce
1 c. Pecans (finely chopped)

TOPPINGS:
Chili Powder
Parsley (finely minced)
Pecans (finely minced)

Combine first 5 ingredients together very well. Refrigerate until the cheese blend is firm. Divide into 3 portions. Roll each portion into a log and wrap in wax paper and return to refrigerator.

Before serving, roll each log in one of the toppings and serve with Ritz Crackers.
