Does anyone know where I can eat a good jambalaya (cajun food) in London?

Possibly not much help, but Smollensky’s in Canary Wharf do a Cajun jambalaya. Check out their menu:

(The one on the Strand only does fish jambalaya).

What is tuscan food, I mean where does it come from?

What nationality is Tuscan. I got a tuscan pizza from Wal Mart and it was delicious and some TV dinners that said Tuscan.
Also some cookies that had that on them.
Everyone here likes cajun food , I hate the taste of cajun.
If it says cajun I know not to buy it. That I know comes from Louisianna. I like Mexican food the best, but where is this food from Tuscan.

Tuscany is a region in Italy.

What kinds of food give you the worst heartburn?

For me it cajun food.
(Last time I went down to New Orleans I got it so bad it lasted for 3 days thanks to habenero pepper gumbo.
(Thermonuclear HOT!)
SO good but makes me SO mserable for such a LONG time!

Unfortunately, as we get older, we have a harder time consuming the food we once enjoyed with no side effects. Anything acidy (tomatoes, pepper, raw veggies, even dairy) can cause heartburn. I take it as a sign that I am not treating my body like I should.

How many calories are in Fresh Food Kitchen’s "cajun chicken"?

I tried looking it up, and couldn’t seem to find it anywhere… If anyone could let me know, or let me know where they found it, that would be great.

why is cajun food so spicy?

I’m doing a project about Louisiana food and i really need this question answered! please help me any websites or personal opinion is great thanks

when Cajuns moved from Canada into Louisiana they we poor country folks.and the land on which they settled was not the best..usually in the swampy areas…where most foods they were accustomed to eating would not grow…so they ate what was available to them and things that could be grown in that area,,like alligator…and rice..and okra…as time went by the food was influenced by other cultures like the Spanish and native American,,who introduced the heat factor to Cajun cooking.

Know anything about Cajun food?? Can you give me any tips on…?

make bourbon chicken? I think that’s what it was called. I ate at a Cajun restarurant in Indianapolis this weekend, and had this dish. It was INCREDIBLE. It was a huge bowl, and it was just chicken (with whatever amazing Cajun sauce it has…) with a whole bunch of rice.

Anyone ever had this? How do I make Cajun dishes like that?

Thanks!!!
