When thinking of New Orleans cuisine Gumbo, Etouffee, and Jambalaya immediately come to mind. But try this recipe for Shrimp Creole. It combines all of the flavors of New Orleans into one of my favorite dishes.

i love love love … i love love love creole…and travel to nola every yr…u made this dish look easy scott..i will try it..!!…maybe you can do a good Creole BBQ shrimp? Thx!
buy frozen ones, … buy frozen ones, aloit of grocery stores will have them on sale for insatnce buy 1 get 1 or buy 1 get 2 free. then you can just stock up and since they are frozen they will last.

I love this dish and I think I will not have any problems making it now that I have watched you. Watching my grandmother is how I learned to cook so I like being able to watch someone rather than just reading a cookbook.
Actually 90% of the … Actually 90% of the time your food will taste fine with cold water instead of stock. It’s not worth using canned stock. Only use stock if you make it yourself.
it’s when you boil … it’s when you boil a chicken in water and use the juice from it, that’s called stock. you can make vegatable stock the same way just substitute veggies and seafood i don’t know which seafoods make it. you can also but stock at a super market.
