You welcome. Lol do not put in a lot of it into your dish because these spices are really fragrant and strong spices.They will quickly overpower the taste of your food. Trust me i learned that the hard way. So you can but between 1-4 teaspoons to what ever dish you’re cooking. With Haitian food there is not exact science. Just add in how much you are comfortable with for a particular dish. Hope that helps.
