It refers to unskilled labor, or someone who is not properly trained to preform a task. When I call a bag, box or an object “non-union” I’m refering to the a problem with the thing. Like a bag thats labled “tear here to open” & it don’t open at all without the use of a knife or a hammer. If I say “don’t be non-union” talking to the camera., It means Pay Attention! This will taste better using these ingrediants/method
