probably the same thing as chicken parmigiana with a tad of Cajun seasoning I would braise that meat and deg laze with shrooms and heavy cream, a dash of tony Cheshire’s,to taste of course, serve that on some delightful pasta and sprinkle with cheese. what could be mo Betta. Has anyone found this recipe? I am from buffalo and recently moved to cleveland and i havent had this in forever and it is the best cajun chicken pasta i have ever had….We need to find someone that works there to get us the recipe.
